The initial consultation is a complimentary meeting where clients discuss their project plans, parameters, and design ideas with the building team to establish a clear vision and scope for the project.

Design Development

In the design development stage, the client’s brief and plans are transformed into a detailed scope of works, and if Menzie Designer Homes is designing the project, an initial concept will be presented to refine the project’s vision.

Project Proposal

The project proposal stage involves preparing a detailed project and cost proposal based on the approved design, outlining all scope of works items for the client’s review and approval.

Contract & Deposit

Following the agreement on the project proposal, the client and builder sign the Queensland Master Builders contract, accompanied by a 5% deposit payment to secure the project.

Construction Commences

Construction commences within five days of signing the contract, with construction progress and key dates accessible through the online portal throughout the building program.

Handover of Home

When the project reaches practical completion the keys are handed over and you get to enjoy your new home.
